John started his career in the roofing and construction industry at 18 yrs old as a roofing helper. His quality work quickly promoted him to production foreman. John advanced his career to owner of a growing and highly respected roofing and construction company in Southeastern Massachusetts. John has provided his clients with cost effective and quality roofing services for over 12 years. In 1994, John his wife Karla and two children moved to Plymouth where they live and raise their two children.

Michelle joined the company in April 2005 and is in charge of scheduling, daily operations and bookkeeping. Michelle has extensive experience in record keeping, scheduling, accounting and office administration.

Victor joined the company in April 2004 and has over 35 years of experience in all aspects of commercial and residential roofing. Victor's roofing experience includes 15 years as a Union Forman and 15 years as a Shop Steward, and he is well known and respected in this industry for his work ethic and quality product. Victor raised his family in Plymouth were he currently resides with his wife.
